Much of Houston has gone back to work but there is so much work to be done. Almost every organization we connect with has communicated volunteer shortages. Please keep volunteering! Encourage others to volunteer. Harvey relief work is far from over. Many organizations are committed to continuing relief and recovery efforts for months to come, but will need a steady volunteer pool to continue their good work.

Thoughts on Volunteering
A few wise words when volunteering in underserved communities. We are not here to dictate what needs to be done. We are here to listen, ask questions, engage in relationship and be apart of the humanity.
