Recovery specialists from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the State and other agencies will be at the centers listed here. All State of Texas/Federal Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) will close on Sundays, starting Jan. 21, 2018. During the week, all DRCs will operate Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
